PM Census is an independent, anonymous transparency project for the product management profession. Product managers submit structured reports on how their week actually splits, who really decides what gets built, and how their org runs. PM Census publishes the results as distributions across companies - not reviews or verdicts.

PM Census is built by Rishav Gupta (rishavgupta.in). It is a separate project from PM Copilot.
